Managing Director ESEF, Mr. Qaisar Alam, recently chaired a high-level meeting to finalize the ALP Middle and Middle Tech feasibilities across ESEF and UNICEF-focused districts. Accompanied by Director Programs Mr. Habib Ur Rehman, as well as Head Office and District staff, the session focused on a strategic roadmap to address the educational needs of OOSC with maximum urgency.During the proceedings, Mr. Qaiser Alam issued strict directives to prioritize local community consultation, ensuring that center selection for ALP Middle and Middle Tech is strictly informed by the density of OOSC in each area. Emphasizing a "zero-waste" approach to time, the MD-ESEF instructed all staff to fast-track administrative and field processes. The meeting informed the MD-ESEF of firm timelines to ensure results, with ALP classes officially scheduled to commence by January 16th.
