ESEF Advisory Committee Reviews UNICEF-Supported TOT to Strengthen Upcoming Community School Facilitators’ Training

A meeting of the ESEF Advisory Committee for the Community School Facilitators’ Training Program was held today at the office of the Managing Director, ESEF, with the participation of seasoned committee members. The meeting focused on a comprehensive review of the recently concluded Training of Trainers (TOT), conducted with the assistance of UNICEF, including an assessment of its strengths, challenges, and key lessons learned. Members deliberated on identified gaps and discussed practical recommendations and corrective measures to further strengthen the upcoming Community School Facilitators’ Training Program scheduled to be conducted from 1st January across ESEF-focused districts.
