E&HR Committee Reviews HR Initiatives and Organizational Development at ESEF

A meeting of the E&HR Committee was held today in the Committee Room of ESEF under the chairpersonship of Ms. Zainab Azmat. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ghulam Mustafa, Member Board of Directors; Mr. Qaisar Alam, Managing Director, ESEF KP; and Mr. Sher Daraz Wazir, Director Human Resources (DHR), ESEF.Key matters related to human resource management, ongoing initiatives, and organizational development were discussed. The Committee reviewed progress on ongoing activities and emphasized effective implementation of HR policies to further strengthen institutional performance.The meeting concluded with appreciation for the valuable contributions and active participation of all members.
