On Day 5th of the 6-day training of Master Trainers on ALP Packages D & E (21st To 26th October) , The Managing Director - ESEF ( Mr.Khawaja Faheem Sajjad ) graced the session to observe the firsthand training's progress. The Managing Director engaged himself with trainees, by assessing their capacity development and gathering insightful feedback to enhance the improvement for future sessions. This collaborative interaction underscored ESEF’s commitment to continuous improvement and tailored support for Master Trainers, ensuring a more impactful and effective training experience by extending gratitude to JICA and other partner organizations for their efforts for conducting a successful training program.
