Handing Ceremony of ALP centers in district Buner and Upper Dir established by Palladium International under USAID NPI EXPAND HDA was held at Serena Hotel Swat. Mr. Asfandyar Khattak Special Secretary E&SED graced the event as Chief Guest. Talking to the event Mr. Atta ur Rehman MD ESEF, pledged that ESEF will leave no stone unturned in bringing out-of-school children to schools. All for that matter, ESEF is being supported by different international organizations. Today's event reflects such coordination. "The communities are also giving very positive responses, particularly in addressing issues in girl's education", he added.
