MD-ESEF Visited District Program Office Mardan.

MD - ESEF visited the District Program Office Mardan and got detailed presentation about the activities and over all performance of GCS , NSIs , ESS and POHA clusters in Mardan. He noted the issues and constraints being faced by the District Program Office Mardan in promotion of Non-Formal Education and ensured to resolve them. The DPO briefed that currently POHA clusters are fully functional in Mardan along with total 176 community schools including all streams of NFE and covering more than 17000 enrollment. The MD inquired about the data of OOSC in the District and directed the DPO to manage the data of OOSC through a reliable source , so that , gaps may be identified to bridge them. The MD also inquired about the assessment of ALP centers in the context of District and he was intimated by the DPO that in 06 different areas of the district such centers will be established as per criteria. The MD appreciated the performance of DPO Mardan regarding successful enrollment campaigns.
