MD-ESEF -KP , Mr.Khawaja Faheem Sajjad attended meet & greet dinner hosted by Franklin Covey Education (Pakistan) by accepting their invitation and joined discussion with the Global President (Mr.Sean Covey - Son of Mr.Stephen Covey - The Founder of the organisation) and Vice President (Mr.Williams Bill) of *Franklin Covey Education* from USA at Nishat Hotel , Lahore.MD-ESEF-KP reflected upon the endeavors being done by the ESEF for enrollment of OOSC prioritizing girls as 69% girls are enrolled in more than 3000 Girls Community Schools (GCS) with 98% female teachers.The model of GCS of ESEF was appreciated and acknowledged by Mr.Sean Covey and Mr.Williams Bill and they ensured all possible support.MD-ESEF and top management of FCE discussed matters of mutual collaboration including piloting the "4 Disciplines of Execution and the Digital Curriculum of _"Leader In Me"_ (which is a globally famous social emotional learning framework) in one of the Districts of KP. Both parties expressed their commitment for enhancing the quality of education for out of school children particularly focusing girls.The local leadership of Franklin covey will engage with ESEF-KP to materialize the discussion.MD-ESEF-KP, also met with other delegates from various organisations working in education and development sectors and exchanged ideas for creating an environment for quality education.
