Joint Meeting of Executive & Human Resource (EHR) Committee and Finance & Investment Committee (FIC)A joint meeting of the Executive & Human Resource Committee (EHR) and the Finance & Investment Committee (FIC) of the Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF) was held today at the ESEF Committee Room, Hayatabad, Peshawar.The meeting was chaired jointly by Ms. Mussarat Qadeem, BoD member and Chairperson EHR Committee, and Mr. Umer Orakzai, BoD member and Chairman FIC. Mr. Ghulam Mustafa, a distinguished academician and BoD member, also participated alongside senior representatives from the Finance and P&D departments. The proceedings were moderated by Mr. Qaiser Alam, Managing Director ESEF.The committees held detailed deliberations on a number of critical initiatives, including:Establishment of Virtual Schools across the provinceDevelopment of partnerships with reputed national and international organizations for non-formal educationExpansion of ALP Middle-Tech programsPromotion of Inclusive Education initiativesTeachers’ capacity building and professional developmentStrengthening of financial management systemsResolution of key human resource mattersThe discussions were highly productive, leading to important decisions aimed at accelerating ESEF’s mission of providing equitable and innovative educational opportunities across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
